Our company was founded in 1973 as a trading company specializing in business with governments of the Middle East and Africa. Since then, business has made steady progress, and the Headquarter for Overseas Operations is currently not limited to the Middle East and Africa but is expanding to Asia, Latin America, and worldwide.
Since our founding, we have run our company with the lofty goal of ‘corporate reformation’ under the belief that the greatest service to society is to foster human resources who are likeable and needed in the world by refining their human qualities through business.
Since the 1970s, when Japanese society was caught up in the seniority ranking system, we abolished the seniority ranking system and sectionalism to create a flat and simple organizational structure. All that was left is the minimal number of departments required to carry on corporate activities. We were ahead of the times in designing a unique company structure which would lead to the full use of each individual’s abilities.
Each and every employee possesses the decision-making authority and responsibility for that position and acts with thoroughly disciplined self-management— This is the driving force behind our corporate activities, active and in good faith.
